Ground nut fry
Ground nut fry is a easy to prepare and less time consuming snacks for evening tea.
Prepare time : 12 mins
Ingredients:
1.Six tsp ground nut.
2. One tsp oil.
3. Three green chilies chopped.
4. One onion finely chopped.
5. One tsp lemon juice.
Process:
1.Heat oil in a pan.
2.Add ground nut and fry it for 5 minutes until it starts sputtering.
3. Add chopped onion and chilies and then fry for 5 minutes.( keep steering otherwise it might burn on one side)
4.Add lemon juice and mix it well and cover it for 2 minutes.
5. Serve it with Hot tea or coffee.

Cut the chilli in lengthwise that it self will make it spicy as the chilli seeds gets mixed up while frying.. Thanks.
